What new casebooks should we write case briefs for?

Insurance Law - Abraham - 6th Ed.

Could Quimbee start to branch out into some of the more specialized topics? Specifically, Insurance law - I am enrolled using the sixth ed. of Insurance Law and Regulation by Abraham & Schwarcz. Also Legislation and Regulation would be a great one for you guys to cover! :)

Insurance Law is an important course for students interested in a career in civil litigation. While some schools may not provide this exact class, cases involving insurances disputes are an important and common part of higher level contract and tort classes as well. Our casebook is called "Insurance Law and Regulation: Cases and Materials", Sixth Edition, by Kenneth S. Abraham and Daniel Schwarcz.
