This courses merges the most difficult concepts in contracts law, and property law, so a guide on how to, in the very least, understand it would be very helpful to students. Thanks
It is required for the State of Virginia which, even if you are not planning on taking this bar, but you are going to one of their schools, it is still required to graduate. For those of us that have or are having a hard time with Contracts, this class is very difficult. So having an additional at least quizzes or video tutorials would be greatly appreciated. There does not have to be an outline but just help explaining it in a more down to earth way. Thanks.
To add to Mr. Seller's comment, it is also an important part of the bar exam in most states and will aid in the understanding of property law and contracts.

Great idea for an addition. While it is not required everywhere, this is an essential class for most transactional oriented people
