Dispute Resolution and/or Advanced Dispute Resolution. Or another form of negotiation class. So much of pre-trial work is dependent upon your skills of negotiation. A class that deals with upper level negotiation skills like the Harvard method would be a great class. It is now taught in most law schools around the country.
