I'd like to change my plan. How do I upgrade or downgrade, or change how often I pay?

If you're currently a Quimbee member, you're welcome to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can also change your subscription period (e.g., monthly or annually).

  If you are currently still on your free trial or you have already set your account to cancel, please get in touch as we'll need to change your plan for you.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your plan at any time from your Settings page (hover over the person icon in the navigation and click on the "Settings" link).

Once on your Settings page, click on the "Change your plan" link.

On the next page, you will be shown the plan you're currently on. From there, you can select your plan type (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) and subscription period (monthly or annually).

I don't see the option to change my plan. What now?

There are two main reasons why you won't see the option to change your plan: (1) you're still in the free-trial period or (2) you've cancelled your account, but it's still active through the end of your current billing period.

If one of these is the case, please get in touch. In your message, please include:

1) the plan you'd like to switch to (Bronze, Silver or Gold), and
2) the subscription period you'd like (monthly or annually).
