I'd like to change my plan. How do I upgrade or downgrade, or change how often I pay?

If you're currently a Quimbee member, you're welcome to upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. You can also change your subscription period (e.g., monthly or annually).

Note:
If you are currently still on your free trial, or you have already set your account to cancel, please get in touch as we'll need to change your plan for you.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?


You can change your plan anytime from your Settings page (hover over the person icon in the top-right menu and click on the "Settings" link).

Once on your Settings page, click on the "Change your plan" link.




On the next page, you will be shown the plan you're currently on. From there, you can select your plan type (Bronze, Silver or Gold) and subscription period (monthly or annually).


I can't see your plans or pricing when I'm logged in. How can I view them?


Normally, you can see all of our plan options and pricing here:
https://www.quimbee.com/select-plan

However, when you're logged in, you can't see this information (we're working on fixing that!). Instead, you'll be taken to your Settings page.

So to view our plans, please either log out, open the page in a new private or incognito window, or click the Upgrade link to view the options.

I don't see the option to change my plan. What now?


There are two main reasons why you won't see the option to change your plan: (1) you're still in the free-trial period or (2) you've cancelled your account, but it's still active through the end of your current billing period.

If one of these is the case, please get in touch. In your message, please include:

1) the plan you'd like to switch to (Bronze, Silver or Gold), and
2) the subscription period you'd like (monthly or annually).
