How does billing work?

Here are some common questions and answers related to how billing works. :)

When is my payment due?

All of our plans are prepaid, and full payment is due on subscriptions before each new pay period begins. (Note that the 2-year and 3-year plans are one-time payments, and do not automatically renew.) 

Here are two examples:

  • If you sign up for the monthly Bronze plan on January 20th, your $15 payment will be due on the 20th of every month from then on, until you cancel.
  • If you choose the 2-year Bronze plan, your full $270 payment will be due at the end of your free trial, and at the beginning of your 2-year period.

Will my plan automatically renew?

The following plans automatically renew at the end of each pay period, unless you cancel your account before the next payment date:

  • month-to-month
  • semiannual
  • annual
If you're on a semiannual or annual plan, you will receive an email reminder a few days before your plan is set to renew. (You won't receive an email if you're a monthly subscriber.)

The following plans automatically expire at the end of the billing term:
  • 2-year
  • 3-year

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your account anytime from your Settings page, or you can contact us.
