How do I reactivate or reinstate my account?

If you are a former Quimbee member and would like to reactivate your account, you can do that at any time. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you're currently trialing or pending cancellation, please get in touch as we'll need to clear out that cancellation for you.

Step 1Log in to your Quimbee account, then click "Reactivate" at the top of the page, or go to your Settings page, and click "Reactivate".

Step 2: Select a plan and subscription period, then click the "Reactivate Your Subscription" button.
